This series contains meeting notes, status reports, research, and the charter for large information technology projects. February 1, 2008 accession consists of 1.5 ft of LARGE PROJECT FILES, from 1996-2004, files concern projects for various state agencies including Human Services, Job Service, Public Instruction, Seed Department, Supreme Court and Transportation. January 5, 2009 accession consists of 1.75 ft of LARGE PROJECT OVERSIGHT DOCUMENTS. This series contains the key documents for Large Project Oversight, including the Business Case, Project Charter, Final RFI and/or RFP, Contracts, Statements of Work, Project Plan, Status Reports, Post-Implementation Reviews, Oversight Reports, Steering Committee Meeting Notes, and any other key documents regarding oversight of the project. For the years 2001-2005, files are arranged alphabetically by agency and include the Bank of North Dakota, Criminal Justice, Health, Human Services, Job Service, Management and Budget, Transportation and Workforce Safety and Insurance, located in boxes 3 and 4. July 29, 2009 accession consists of documentation of the ITD Second Data Center Project from 2006, includes electronic documentation on CD along with the paper, .25 ft in volume file is located at the end of collection in box 4. November 27, 2009 accession consists of LARGE PROJECT FILES & LARGE PROJECT OVERSIGHT DOCUMENTS for the years 2003-2006, 3.5 ft in volume, the record series are interfiled by project. Projects include the ConnectND project for University Systems and all state agencies. December 20, 2010 accession consists of .65 ft of material and is located in box 7.
